As a Senior Compliance Manager in New York City, Alana oversees regulatory compliance, reporting processes, and operational accountability across multiple programs. Her work requires careful oversight, data accuracy, and a strong understanding of program performance and documentation standards. These skills directly support her role as Treasurer at the ESTEEM Foundation.

In addition to her professional experience, Alana has a deep passion for supporting young people. She has spent over ten years working with youth through mentorship, programming, and community initiatives. Her commitment to youth development and community empowerment drives her desire to serve, and create opportunities and resources for the next generation.
